Industrial Commission Wants to Clarify AWW Calculation

The Idaho Industrial Commission announced that it is considering changes to its rules governing the calculation of wages for temporary total disability payments and temporary partial disability payments. The commission said it “wants to clarify its expectation regarding average weekly wage calculation for TTP/TPD payments when a claimant has had a prior accident within the last 52 weeks,” the commission said in a notice of intent to promulgate rules.
