The Oregon Occupational Safety and Health Division (Oregon OSHA) fined Fleetwood Homes $75,800 for failing to provide fall protection for employees, despite concerns being brought forward to managers by employees and the division.
Oregon OSHA said it cited Fleetwood for five violations after an Aug. 29, 2014, inspection of the mobile home manufacturer's plant in Woodburn.
