The nation's top workers' compensation rate-maker has recommended decreasing premiums in New Hampshire for the sixth year in a row, the state announced last week.
The National Council on Compensation Insurance has recommended a 13.3% decrease in loss costs for the voluntary market and a 10.3% decrease for the assigned risk, or residual, market.
