Amended Bill Would Require Employers to Provide Notice of Eligibility for $120M Fund Payments

Employers in California would be required to notify the Department of Industrial Relations when a worker receives the job retraining voucher and is thereby eligible for payment from the $120 million Return-to-Work Supplement Program, under amended legislation introduced Monday.
