The U.S. Supreme Court is being ask to weigh in on whether dozens of class actions by soldiers and military base workers seeking damages for their alleged exposure to hazardous substances from open-air waste-burning pits and contaminated water while serving in Afghanistan and Iraq should be allowed to proceed.
