Lien Claimant Can't Challenge Sanctions after Order Became final

A California appellate court ruled that a lien claimant could not seek an order vacating a sanction against him nearly half a year after it became final. Case: Sardell v. Bresler, No. B252589, 02/25/2015, unpublished. Facts: Allison Cole filed workers' compensation claims in 1998 and 1999, and Dr. David Bresler provided treatment to her on a lien basis.  Bresler later designated the Legal Service Bureau to act as his representative on his lien claim.
