Remand Order Shouldn't Dismiss Claim for Which Award Isn't Fully Reversed

The Nebraska Supreme Court ruled that the Court of Appeals issued too broad of a remand order in directing that a worker’s entire claim petition be dismissed.   Case: Frans v. Waldinger Corp., No. S-19-482, 07/24/2020, published. Facts and procedural history: Eric Frans worked for the Waldinger Corp.
