Parties in Constitutional Challenge to IMR File Responses to Amicus Briefs

The 1st District Court of Appeal of California wrapped up the briefing process in a dispute over the constitutionality of the independent medical-review process mandated by Senate Bill 863 last week. After the 1st DCA granted review to Stevens v.
