The owner of the Youngstown Sports Grille in Boardman was ordered Monday to pay more than $30,000 to the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation and to serve two years probation after pleading guilty to five counts of workers’ compensation fraud, the Youngstown Vindicator reported.Sean C. Pregibon, 36, of Boardman, Ohio, was sentenced by Judge Scott Krichbaum of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.Pregibon pleaded guilty to the misdemeanor charges in October after reaching an agreement with prosecutors.
