A former postal worker in Wyoming who admitted to selling heroin during the period he was receiving workers’ compensation benefits was sentenced to three years of probation for not reporting the income he received as a drug dealer, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced.
Christopher Sean Koegl was also ordered to pay about $31,090 in restitution for benefits received between July 2013 and April 2014. And he is no longer entitled to workers’ compensation benefits for his claim as a result of the felony conviction.
