Applicants' Attorney Apparently Killed Wife, Self at Chino Home

Southern California applicant’s attorney Ramon Otero is believed to have shot his wife to death before turning the gun on himself to commit suicide, according to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. Otero and his wife, Martha Otero, were both 57 years old and lived in Chino, according to a news release from the Sheriff’s Department.
