Carrier Entitled to Reimbursement of Settlement, Plus Fees, Costs, Interest

The Indiana Supreme Court ruled that an insurance carrier that covered an assigned risk employer was entitled to reimbursement from the Compensation Rating Bureau for its settlement of a claim against the employer, plus interest, fees and expenses from litigating its right to be repaid.
