Kelley Bernal to Lead Alliant's SIU Division

SIU, a division of Alliant Underwriting Solutions, has hired longtime catastrophe underwriter Kelley Bernal as senior vice president and senior director of underwriting. Bernal will be based in the SIU’s headquarters in Glendale. As the new leader of SIU, Bernal will use her experience within the difference-in-conditions market to grow the division’s business. DIC insurance is intended to fill coverage gaps and provide protection from catastrophic perils.
