Board Still Hoping to Set Up Online Authorization Process Just Days Before Formulary Begins

The New York Workers' Compensation Board is reminding stakeholders that the drug formulary takes effect Dec. 5 but a key ingredient is not yet set up. The board said it plans to provide an online, prior-authorization mechanism through the medical provider portal but was still working to implement that as of Monday.
