Keches Firm to Pay $300K to Resolve IWP Kickback Allegations

The Keches Law Group agreed to pay $300,000 and not solicit or accept any remuneration in exchange for client referrals to resolve a lawsuit that Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey filed in September 2020.
