A California appellate court has upheld the conviction of a former Highway Patrol officer for workers' compensation fraud for a second time. Case: People v. Jones, No. F062094, 05/04/2012, unpublished.Facts: Michael Jones, a 10-year CHP veteran, was charged with 11 felony criminal counts in 2005.
