NICB: Questionable Comp Claim Referrals Increase 28.5% in 2012

The number of questionable workers’ compensation claims referred to the National Insurance Crime Bureau in 2012 increased 28.5% compared to the previous year, the largest increase of any line, other than personal property, identified in the bureau’s latest report.
