Norman Tipton Named CEO at Trucept

Trucept, a professional employer organization with an office in Escondido, has named Norman Tipton as its chief executive officer. Tipton will replace CEO Brian Bonar, who is retiring. Bonar has agreed to provide transitional consulting services through June 30, the company said in a news release on Monday. Tipton has been Trucept’s vice president and general counsel for the past 10 years. He has advised several publicly traded companies' boards since 2007.
