A New Jersey lawmaker has introduced a bill that would require workers’ compensation, personal injury and health insurance coverage for medical marijuana use under some circumstances. State Sen. Joe Vitale, D-Middlesex, introduced Senate Bill 3406 on Friday, and it was referred to the Senate Finance Committee.
