Two workers narrowly avoided tragedy during a trench collapse in Seven Hills, Ohio, last week.
On Saturday afternoon, a 28-year-old employee of W. F. Hanns & Sons was installing sewer lines in an 8-foot trench. Around 1:30 p.m., the trench collapsed, burying him in about 14,000 pounds of dirt. His coworker quickly dug him out, saving his life.
