WCD Adopts Coverage Responsibility, Noncomplying Employer Rules

The Oregon Workers’ Compensation Division announced Friday that it has adopted new rules regarding employer and insurer coverage responsibility, as well as for noncomplying employers. The division said the rules were adopted substantially as proposed. No public testimony was made on the changes after they were proposed.
