Court Revives Worker's Claim over Diacetyl Exposure

The Missouri Court of Appeals revived a worker's tort action over his exposure to diacetyl, saying his claims were not necessarily time-barred because there remained a triable issue of fact as to when he should have realized his diacetyl exposure was the cause of his breathing problems.
