Nevada regulators cited three stores in the Fashion Show mall on the Las Vegas Strip for failing to comply with COVID-19 safety regulations.
The Division of Industrial Relations announced that investigators observed noncompliance with one or more requirements of general and industry-specific guidance and directives at least twice at the stores.
The employers were notified of violations and asked to comply with state directives intended to slow the spread of the new coronavirus. They were cited when investigators observed continued noncompliance during follow-up visits.
