An Ohio man who called himself a physical therapist and billed the Bureau of Workers' Compensation and other insurers more than $2 million for treating injured workers pleaded guilty to federal mail fraud and tax evasion charges last week, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported.The newspaper said Michael Stinson, an exercise psychologist, founded a business in Loveland, Ohio that catered to injured workers.
