A fiberglass-pipe manufacturer in Mobile, Alabama, is facing $74,833 in proposed federal penalties after a worker’s finger was amputated.
RPS Composites Alabama Inc. was cited for multiple safety violations on Feb. 12 by the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The company has 15 business days to contest the citations.
