High Court Disciplines Partner in Kansas City Law Firm

The Missouri Supreme Court on Tuesday placed on probation the law license of a partner in a Kansas City workers' compensation and personal injury law firm after he admitted to lying to clients about the status of their litigation and entering into settlement agreements without his clients' consent. The Supreme Court suspended the law license of Robert Numrich, a shareholder with Baty, Holm, Numrich & Otto, but stayed the suspension and placed Numrich's license on probation for three years.
