Supreme Court: WCC Must Provide Stenographers for All Hearings

Claimants' attorneys on Wednesday lauded a decision by the state Supreme Court that the Workers’ Compensation Commission will be required to provide a stenographer for all of its hearings. The 7-2 decision, released Tuesday, left the embattled commission hustling to comply as quickly as possible.
