No Benefits for Migrants Injured While Riding in Bus Provided by Prospective Employer

A Louisiana appellate court upheld the dismissal of the workers’ compensation claims by three migrant workers for injuries they suffered while traveling on a bus provided by their prospective employer to obtain visas.
