A Louisiana appellate court upheld the dismissal of the workers’ compensation claims by three migrant workers for injuries they suffered while traveling on a bus provided by their prospective employer to obtain visas. Case: Preciado v. Beaucoup Crawfish of Eunice, Nos. WCA 22-594, WCA 22-595, and 22-596, 02/08/2023, published. Facts: Trinidad Preciado, Josefa Leal and Nora Dominguez were migrant workers.
