Lara Announces Appointment of Richard De La Mora to CIGA Board of Governors

Insurance Commissioner Ricardo Lara appointed Richard De La Mora as a new insurer representative on the board of governors for the California Insurance Guarantee Association. De La Mora is senior vice president and counsel, head of personal lines and strategy at Farmers Group Inc.
