A California appellate court revived a worker’s claims that she was wrongfully terminated and discriminated against after she suffered an on-the-job injury.
Suchin Lin worked for Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. From 1999 through 2016, she received multiple promotions and positive performance reviews.
In 2017, Lin became an engineer in the Innovation and Transformation department of Kaiser’s Technology Risk Organization.
