Rising Medical Solutions Brings Bundled Payments to Two More States

In the latest sign that bundled payments are making inroads in workers’ compensation, Rising Medical Solutions is expanding its use of the alternative payment model to two new states for certain orthopedic procedures. The medical cost-management company began offering bundled payments, in which fixed-case rates are paid for orthopedic surgeries, in 2013.
