The New Hampshire Insurance Department approved a recommendation from the National Council on Compensation Insurance to reduce voluntary loss costs by an average of 1.8%.
Loss costs for the voluntary market have decreased each of the last eight years and are down by a cumulative 50% as a result, the department said in a statement.
