The New Mexico Workers’ Compensation Administration is seeking applications from attorneys who want to evaluate claims, mediate disputes and propose resolutions to workers’ compensation claims.
The WCA posted a notice to its website saying it is accepting applications from attorneys with a minimum three years of experience practicing law to serve as mediators.
When a worker in New Mexico files a claim with the WCA, a mediation conference is scheduled within 60 days. All parties in the case must participate in the mediation conference.
