The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries said it fined Dollar Tree $132,000 for allegedly blocking emergency exit routes, improperly stacking boxes and leaving debris scatted on the floor at a store in Tacoma.
L&I said it handed out three “repeat willful violations” and cited Dollar Tree for the same hazards three months ago.
