Jailed former New Orleans Saints player Darren Sharper is continuing with a previously denied workers’ compensation claim against the team, according to NOLA.com.
The 4th Circuit Court of Appeal in Louisiana will hear oral arguments Thursday as Sharper tries to overturn a judge’s ruling that he waited too long to file his claim and failed to prove injuries that he says prematurely ended his career.
