Commission to Consider Adoption of Document Filing Rules

The North Carolina Industrial Commission will review adoption of 13 proposed rule amendments and the repeal of another during a meeting in Raleigh on Wednesday. The commission is scheduled to review fiscal notes and public comments on what it has called the Group One rules, which were the first batch of two groups of rule revisions proposed by the commission as part of a routine review of its regulations.
