Court Clarifies Availability of SLU and PPD Awards for Workers With Multiple Injuries

A New York appellate court ruled that an injured taxi driver cannot receive a schedule loss of use award and nonschedule award for the impairments caused in a single work-related accident, but he can receive an SLU award even if he is assigned nonschedule classifications.
