The Oregon Court of Appeals ruled that a consequential condition cannot be the basis for an aggravation claim under Revised Statutes Section 656.273, as a matter of law. Case: Nacoste v. The Halton Co., No. 580, 12/23/2015, published. Facts: Murry Nacoste Jr. suffered a medial meniscus tear to his right knee in 2008. He successfully established the compensability of this condition.
