DWC Updates Pathology, Lab Section of Fee Schedule

The California Division of Workers’ Compensation implemented changes made by Medicare into the pathology and clinical laboratory section of the Official Medical Fee Schedule. The order posted to the DWC website adopts Medicare’s “CY 2019 Q3 Release: Revised for July 2019 (19CLABQ3).” Changes to the pathology and clinical laboratory fee schedule apply to services provided on or after July 1.
