Repeated Violations, New Hazards Spur $85K in Penalties

In a repeat of safety violations found three years ago, the U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration is proposing $85,140 in penalties against a New York City manufacturer. OSHA said it cited Juniper Elbow Co. in Queens for four repeat and 11 serious violations of workplace safety standards.
