All but Workers' Comp PBMs Must Register With Insurance Department

Thanks to a New Hampshire law that was passed in 2019, pharmacy benefits managers must register with the state Department of Insurance. The requirement does not apply, however, to PBMs that work exclusively in the workers' compensation arena, Insurance Commissioner Christopher Nicolopoulos said in a bulletin.
