Solvay Specialty Polymers faces $77,000 in penalties proposed by the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration for exposing workers to chemical hazards at its Marietta plant.The inspection came in response to a methyl chloride release at the plant last July 18.
