Insurance Commissioner Approves 9.2% Loss Cost Reduction

Oklahoma Insurance Commissioner Glen Mulready on Tuesday announced a 9.2% decrease in workers' compensation loss costs for 2025. Loss costs are the average cost of lost wages and medical benefits for injured workers. The Insurance Department said loss costs have decreased a cumulative 71% since 2011.
