An Arizona insurance agent was arrested last week on charges of theft and insurance fraud, accused of pocketing more than $80,000 in premiums.
The Arizona Department of Insurance announced Rosita Johns' arrest on Tuesday.
The case came to the Department's attention after Johns, of Buckeye, Arizona, allegedly pocketed $11,200 paid by the Las Vegas-based Burke Construction Group for a surety bond.
