OWC Publishes Rule Amendments to Utilization Review Procedures

The Louisiana Workforce Commission Office of Workers’ Compensation has published rule amendments for its medical treatment guidelines and utilization review procedures.The utilization review amendments alter the existing medical treatment schedule authorization and dispute resolution rules, according to the Louisiana State Register.
