The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has issued a warning to a San Diego-based stem cell company over what the agency alleges are illegal marketing practices and manufacturing violations.
The FDA issued the warning to StemGenex Biologic Laboratories LLC of San Diego; its owner/manager, Rita Alexander; and laboratory and medical director Dr. Jenny Galloway.
