The Wisconsin Senate has approved a bill that would make post-traumatic stress disorder a compensable condition without an accompanying physical injury.
The Senate on Tuesday voted 32-0 in favor of SB 11, co-sponsored by Sen. Andre Jacque, D-DePere. It now goes to the House, where a similar measure died last year.
