Proposed Regs Would Exempt Air Ambulances from Fee Schedule

The California Division of Workers' Compensation is proposing new rules that would exempt air ambulance services from the state's Official Medical Fee Schedule.The DWC announced the proposed amendments to California Code of Regulations Section 9789.70 in a "newsline" e-mailed late Tuesday.
