New Rules of Procedure for Adjudication Released, Take Effect Nov. 10

The latest edition of the Florida Rules of Procedure for Workers’ Compensation Adjudication have been released and will go into effect on Nov. 10. David Langham, deputy chief judge of the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims, highlighted some of this year’s substantive changes in his latest blog entry. This year’s changes include: Employers will now be required to register a single email address with the OJCC, along with registering a U.S. mail address and telephone number.
