The Washington state Department of Labor and Industries is drafting rules to implement part of a 2015 bill making a vocational rehabilitation pilot program permanent.
The department on April 5 issued a pre-proposal statement of inquiry saying additional rule-making is needed to implement House Bill 1496, specifically clarifying so-called “Option 2 vocational counseling and job placement services.”
